Al Iman Travels, as the tour operator or its agents, assumes limited responsibility. Al Iman Travels acts solely as an intermediary for passengers in arranging services such as airlines, hotels, transportation, or any other services related to the tour. We do not assume liability for any of the following:

• Injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay during the tour
• Irregularities that may occur due to defects or acts of any companies or individuals involved in providing transportation or services
• Dangerous incidents in the air, at sea, or due to fire, mechanical breakdowns, acts of governments or other authorities, wars (whether declared or not), hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or any other causes beyond the control of Al Iman Travels
• Any loss or damage resulting from improper or invalid passports, visas, or other travel documents

Al Iman Travels will not be responsible for any additional costs, losses, or delays resulting from changes in schedule, flight delays, or other causes beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury arising from such situations.

Furthermore, Al Iman Travels will not be liable for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in/check-out times, baggage handling, or other tour guidelines. In the event of a delay, it is the responsibility of the airlines to determine the procedure for addressing the delay, and any policy of the airline regarding the delay will apply.

Al Iman Travels and its affiliates will not be responsible for any participant missing any part of the tour due to negligence, delay, or absenteeism. If a participant is unable to rejoin the tour, Al Iman Travels will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the participant.
